Preorder policy
How preorder status, allocations, limits, fulfillment, and cancellations are communicated.
Product status
A product is a preorder only when it is explicitly labeled Preorder and presents an orderable quantity and price. Coming Soon and sold-out listings are informational, and joining a product alert does not reserve inventory, set a price, guarantee access, or collect payment.
Preorder details
A preorder product will be clearly labeled and will show the current price, estimated release timing, purchase limit, fulfillment method, payment timing, and cancellation terms before checkout.
Distributor allocations and release dates can change. We will not offer more preorder units than the quantity made available for that sales channel, subject to fraud and inventory controls.
Allocation changes
If confirmed supply is reduced after orders are accepted, affected customers will receive the available fulfillment, partial-fulfillment, substitution, cancellation, or refund options. No substitution will be made without customer agreement.
