The terms for browsing the catalog, using product alerts, and placing eligible orders.
Catalog and availability
Catalog pages, release dates, product details, and availability notices are provided for information and may change. No purchase contract is formed by viewing a product or joining a product alert.
A purchase is offered only when a product is marked available, a final price and fulfillment terms are shown, checkout is enabled, and the resulting order is accepted.
Acceptable use
Visitors may not interfere with the storefront, bypass access or purchase limits, submit false information, misuse another person’s identity, or use automated activity in a way that disrupts service or disadvantages other customers.
Product and site content
Product names, artwork, and marks belong to their respective owners. Storefront design, original copy, software, and operational materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be republished as if they were another retailer’s materials.
Changes and support
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the store and its services. The version displayed when an order is placed will govern that order together with its product-specific checkout terms. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
